好耐以前每次去都大滿足,但近年自從老師傅 (?) 冇常駐餐廳後,食物質素好飄忽。唔知係因為咁定同區開咗另一同類餐廳,所以客流明顯少咗,露天位置以前近乎滿座,而家好多時連枱都唔set。全靠個汁所以都仲係好食,但雲吞同以前比有種說不出的不同。以前去親幾乎都有青口,啲青口大大隻啖啖肉,配埋個菜汁一流。近一兩年轉咗蛤或者蜆,用番同一款汁,價錢相同但份量差好遠(睇相便知,撇除個殼,嚿肉都差好遠),而且總有兩三隻有沙……牛扒質素唔錯,冇太多筋同肥膏。最鍾意啲薯角,熱辣辣脆卜卜 跟餐嘅 Tiramisu 質素最飄忽,以前恰到好處,但近年總係濕淋淋,似乎浸得太多咖啡了。總括嚟講,好懷念以前嘅質素同味道,那一天老師傅 (?) 返嚟就話我知啦

跟餐嘅 Tiramisu 質素最飄忽,以前恰到好處,但近年總係濕淋淋,似乎浸得太多咖啡了。
總括嚟講,好懷念以前嘅質素同味道,那一天老師傅 (?) 返嚟就話我知啦
