To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

今日去了 Yoho Mall 食元氣壽司食下午茶, 壽司盛D跟了一碟芝士薯條, 食到最尾先發現碟底和網上有章魚燒汁和紫菜碎, 懷疑餐廳沒有洗碗..覺得非常核突和嘔心.. 所以我立即叫咗經理嚟問佢有冇洗碗, 佢只答:「唔好意思.唔好意思..可能洗碗機壞咗 ..」仲咁say sorry就算..Say sorry 有咩用餐廳經理非常不負責任, 疫情之下竟然咁唔衛生 ,以後都唔會再幫襯佢哋係有責任確保餐具乾淨衛生,先比客人使用,就算洗碗機壞咗。佢哋都應該及早發現,唔會用污糟嘅餐具招呼客人, 所以餐廳嘅解釋係完全不能接受!!

餐廳經理非常不負責任, 疫情之下竟然咁唔衛生 ,以後都唔會再幫襯

佢哋係有責任確保餐具乾淨衛生,先比客人使用,就算洗碗機壞咗。佢哋都應該及早發現,唔會用污糟嘅餐具招呼客人, 所以餐廳嘅解釋係完全不能接受!!
