To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 雖然最近平均日日都有三十幾度以上,但原來已經不知不覺又到了迎接秋天的日子。時裝店續漸換上秋冬裝,原來FUMI的餐牌都換上秋裝。*清湯浸菊花、菊菜、新秋之銀杏前菜都是冷盤;清湯不會太咸,浸著菊花和菊菜,少用來食用的食材,很特別;綠色的銀杏煮得很淋,很有果仁的香。*新子壽司很像鯖魚的樣子,但其實是新子;秋天時令的魚;味道不會太濃,有淡淡的魚香。*吞拿魚腩、深海池魚、牛鰍薄切刺身吞拿魚腩真的冇得輸;入口即溶,又有濃濃的油脂味。本身餐牌上的雞魚轉了深海池魚;深海池魚的魚味較濃,魚肉亦較有嚼勁。牛鰍刺身配酸汁食用;魚的味道較淡,很鮮甜;以食的次序來算,應該要先吃牛鰍,之後是深海池魚,最後才是吞拿魚腩。*三陸名物清湯蝦夷鮑魚配海膽清湯用上了蝦夷鮑魚,鮑灸爽口,很有鮮甜味;不過加上海膽怪怪的,海膽都是生的較好食,這個湯大概只是取海膽的觧甜。*照燒京蔥鴨卷雞牛豬平時就食得多了,今晚就有鴨食;這個鴨很濃味,中間卷了京蔥,很香口,有點似中式的口味。*和牛茶漬飯茶漬飯本身是魚,換上了肥牛;肥牛很有油脂味,拌上茶漬湯很好餸飯。*綠茶蜜和果子配綠茶雪糕綠茶雪糕很濃綠茶味,不會太甜;下面有啫喱和白玉丸子,是日本雪
