To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

細細個耐唔時都會黎呢間粉麵檔, 記得媽咪以前會黎呢度買魚片魚蛋返屋企打邊爐~都係因為我地啲細路成日話"好味...好味..." 做媽咪嘅當然順哂d仔女意啦~~自從搬左之後, 已經好耐無黎....一去到成間鋪已經唔同哂, 經過裝修後, 已經唔係以前嘅懷舊茶餐廳feel...入到去都幾多人, 無辦法啦, lunch time, 唯有搭枱啦~我當然叫返細細個最愛嘅紫菜魚蛋河 - 湯底過清, 不過加左辣椒油味道ok, 但辣椒油唔夠辣~ 魚蛋魚片只屬一般, 加上魚片切得太薄, 食左入口都唔多覺~ 紫菜幾好, 唔腥又無沙, 加左紫菜落碗河粉度真係生色唔少~ 河粉ok, 無乜特別~熱奶茶 - 呢個真係無意叫之中嘅驚喜, 奶茶好滑而且奶味重, o岩哂我~人大個左, 食嘅野又多左, 唔多唔少要求一定比細個時高~ 所以好味程度已經比以前減低左lu, 不過去開呢頭嘅話都會再幫襯嘅

紫菜魚蛋河 - 湯底過清, 不過加左辣椒油味道ok, 但辣椒油唔夠辣~
魚蛋魚片只屬一般, 加上魚片切得太薄, 食左入口都唔多覺~
紫菜幾好, 唔腥又無沙, 加左紫菜落碗河粉度真係生色唔少~
河粉ok, 無乜特別~

熱奶茶 - 呢個真係無意叫之中嘅驚喜, 奶茶好滑而且奶味重, o岩哂我~

人大個左, 食嘅野又多左, 唔多唔少要求一定比細個時高~
所以好味程度已經比以前減低左lu, 不過去開呢頭嘅話都會再幫襯嘅
