To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

好耐之前來過，印象最深刻是「八寶茶」，是晚想回味一下.......門面依舊，但內裡的座位變了，以前多數是圓枱，現在大多是二人枱、四人枱等，方便交談。我們點了「二人套餐」，這樣就可食不同類別的食物了 ^_^酸辣湯，材料豐富，酸辣開胃 銀芽鱔糊，要另加 $25，我最愛吃芽菜的，所以這道菜正合我心意 白飯轉小擔擔麵，要另加 $15，但份量太少了。我們點小小辣，很惹味！小籠包，皮薄、味鮮、汁多，好好味 最後飲杯八寶茶，解油膩、幫助消化，甜甜地，味道不錯！二人套餐：銀芽鱔糊、酸辣湯及小籠包。
