望見餐廳既名字, 腦海裏想到2個字............"懷舊", 究竟食咩菜色架呢?推門入去, 燈光昏暗, 配上粉紅色餐椅, 枱前點起蠟燭, 有情調得來, 更加增添左古老懷舊味道, 原來呢間餐廳已開業十幾年, 能夠係現今香港可以站得著腳咁耐, 應該有D料子!唔想用腦諗食咩, 就叫精選晚餐(SET DINNER), 有七款選擇, 價錢由$95-$165, 包餐湯/沙律, 主菜一款及咖啡或茶加$20湯頪可轉酥皮龍蝦/海鮮湯我地各自轉為酥皮龍蝦/海鮮湯, 呢款為酥皮龍蝦湯, 湯底好香龍蝦味, 加少少胡椒調下味仲好味道, 配埋熱辣辣香酥皮, 好味又飽肚我就選擇酥皮海鮮湯 - 材料有青口, 三文魚及蝦, 味道香滑又有鮮味, 三文魚好嫩滑, 唔怪之得呢間咁出名食三文魚, 由於係焗酥皮關係, 成個湯都夠晒熱, 湯夠熱我最LIKE!主菜我地點左諾曼第烤豬柳配蘋果燒汁 ($98) - 豬柳肉質嫩滑, 配埋酸酸甜甜既蘋果燒汁, 可解肉類既膩感, 食埋個香滑薯蓉, 夠晒飽肚!不得了..................呢個係蜜糖香草烤德國咸豬手 ($165)份量完全足夠二人SHARE, 醬汁可自選, 我就

不得了..................呢個係蜜糖香草烤德國咸豬手 ($165)
份量完全足夠二人SHARE, 醬汁可自選, 我就選了黑椒汁, 貪佢夠晒香口惹味! 豬手可由代切埋上枱, 豬手皮係煮到腍身, 並唔係傳統德國咸豬手既硬脆, 食落完全感受到D骨膠原係口中爆發, 而肉亦唔嚡乾, 配埋黑椒汁一齊食, 好滿足~!
