To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

去完觀塘運動場打羽毛球， 係附近見到有家生意幾旺，不斷有食客進出嘅上海菜館， 嘩，原來呢家「上海榮華川菜館」係始於1975年，唔怪得裝潢咁懷舊啦！ 仲要曾經兩度入選米芝蓮指南優質推介食府， 就儘管試下啦！😏 我地叫左個二人套餐（$206）， 包一款湯、兩款小菜、兩客白飯、兩盅八寶茶，都算經濟實惠。 酸辣湯 配料十足，有豆腐、筍絲、雲耳等， 微酸少辣，幾惹味！ 溜肥腸 肥腸好入味，入口焦脆，口感軟嫩 ， 配上尖椒一起炒，微辣惹味！ 回鍋肉 連皮嘅五花腩經過徹底油爆之後， 食落唔會太油膩， 送飯一流！👍🏻 擔擔麵 用左自家製嘅花生醬、麻醬和醋，酸香味美～ 最後來一杯用料十足嘅八寶茶， 有菊花、杞子、蓮子芯、果皮、胖大海、龍眼肉， 味道清甜可口。
