To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

秋已深，其實已經立冬❄️秋天總係有一種蒼涼嘅感覺...中環收工，唔想咁早返屋企，所以帶同事去食一個暖粒粒嘅正宗上海菜🥟6:00收工， 6:30準時到達餐廳，未有人好似我哋咁早食飯，所以我哋係第一枱客人🥰但係我哋買單嗰陣時已經坐滿晒……叫嘢食先🥳🥳🥳老上海餐牌設計已經好有特色，小食係麻辣花生，其實應該開始啤酒🍻真係好有懷舊味道，有時都會覺得人生係咪需要樣樣都咁急咁快...酸辣湯，用料十足，酸辣度對比啱啱好，秋涼嘅天氣飲落肚，非常溫暖🥰棒棒雞，雞肉去皮，再加上青瓜絲、芝麻醬就成為棒棒雞，作為前菜非常開胃，啱啱飲完酸辣湯，用嚟平衡一下味蕾最啱不過👍🏻回鍋肉，我最怕油膩嘅食物，所以睇見回鍋肉都會有少少卻步，但係做得非常出色，味濃而不油膩，正合我胃口🤤松仁蛋白菜粒炒飯，其實我一般晚餐都好少食飯，佢仲要好大碟，女同事又扮細食，食咗一小碗就話夠，我就食咗半碟，打包咗半碟比母親(拎咗返屋企佢馬上食晒😅)，點解我會打包？因為真係炒得好好食，每粒飯都好乾身，再加上松子嘅香味，真係冇得頂👍🏻兩位晚餐三百幾蚊，中環區算係好平👌🏻如果想食上海菜，中環區必選這家👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻
