九龍城有間開業2️⃣5️⃣年既中菜館,仍然保留傳統烹調手法,每道菜式都有鑊氣、有心思,呢種懷舊味道已經係買少見少,連蔡瀾都提左手好字推薦✍️店舖2層樓底,裡面佈滿明星簽名,例劉德華、側田…😳 當晚仲見到黃宗澤 🙈坐底無耐,老闆好熱情咁介紹👑招牌小菜,炒豬雜同炒魚腩,另外豬油撈飯亦好出名豬雜用唔同大細嘅豬內臟,分別係大豬嘅豬肚,中豬嘅豬肝,細豬嘅豬腸,完全無豬臊味,入口比一般特別爽嫩炒魚腩,睇份量就知道條脘魚有咁上下份量,以先炸後炒連薑蔥蒜爆爆香再走油,所以外層特別香脆鬆化,鑊氣十足👍🏾而且無一般脘魚重腥味、泥味老火例湯以瓦煲保溫,大牌檔黎講係好普遍,不過依到原煲滾,上枱開蓋仲見到卜卜卜咁滾緊,夠曬火喉當日係西洋菜湯,羅漢果同紅蘿蔔帶出清甜,豬骨啲肉仲好軟淋😋蜜味東坡骨,選用腩排,唔肥唔膩最外面一層醬汁甜度岩岩好,用黎撈飯都一流
