To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 特意到來一家有歷史有經歷的傳統茶樓飲茶,等候時仍然採取派票叫號碼的形式。走入樓面,又點心車又美食亭,滿滿的懷舊感!蒸點是要自己到美食亭點選的,蝦餃的皮較厚,可幸是餡料有很多蝦。巨大化的燒賣上面有些蟹籽,好食過蝦餃。南乳豬手初時食好好食,充斥著骨膠原,可是放凍了卻很難咬。煎點、炸點、腸粉與及豆腐花都是從點心車拿取的。春卷可能擱了一會兒,不及新鮮炸出來般脆;反而蝦條有些生果粒在裡面,跟以前的沙律海鮮卷不遑多讓。腸粉皮滑,只是叉燒十分細碎。煎蘿蔔糕和煎釀茄子也屬合格,加點辣椒醬更佳。豆腐花充滿豆香,甜度得宜。在這裡,還沿用點心紙,每拿一樣點心蓋一個印,過隱到飛起!
