週末在銅鑼灣逛街,行到天樂里附近,攰攰地想揾食,竟然有好多選擇,最後呢間金記最吸引我哋店內嘅懷舊感,令人有置身六十年代的感覺食品種類甚多,兩個人叫幾款共享,皆大歡喜我們點了鴨腿湯飯、 金磚風沙炸豆腐、菠蘿咕嚕肉同埋金牌乾炒牛河原隻鴨腿配上時令冬瓜湯,材料簡單但味道濃厚鮮甜,我哋將湯喝到“煲底朝天”鴨腿肉質唔錯,咬落仍有肉汁;湯底唔單單用鴨腿來煲,仲有其它大量葯材同煲,所以湯底特別鮮甜!豆腐夠熱又夠滑,脆漿又夠薄,咬落香脆又可口!最特別係其風沙,係炸過的椰絲,與炸蒜蓉作伴,跟豆腐超夾;好快便KO哂成碟金磚咕嚕肉用上梅頭肉,肉質軟冧而不失咬口,雖炸過但肉汁仍豐盈;棄用罐頭菠蘿而用新鮮的,落足本益食家牛河炒得夠乾身、夠鑊氣,河粉彈牙,牛肉片剛剛熟,好味、超值👍
