天氣涼涼地,最啱就係打邊爐,一講到打邊爐,我同老公第一時間都係諗起雞煲⋯今次嚟到呢間老闆火鍋冰室,餐廳設計主打老香港情懷,牆上掛滿昔日香港嘅相&舊電影海報⋯晚市有小菜或邊爐選擇,我哋選擇咗雞煲+打邊爐😋其實佢都幾多湯底選擇,而我哋就點咗半隻重慶鮮辣雞煲($128)、細安格斯牛頸脊($198)、半份墨魚水上飄($40)、半份手打鮮蝦丸($26)&大水果茶($48)。雞煲一上枱,隔住個煲蓋都聞到陣陣香氣⋯過咗陣,店員會過嚟幫手將雞件炒至均勻,微焦嘅雞肉望落去更有食慾,再等多陣就有得食喇🤤雞煲我哋點咗勁少辣,辣味恰到好處,好啱我哋呢啲唔係好食得辣嘅人;雞件嫩滑,而且個醬汁味道恰到好處,配以紫洋蔥、花椒、八角等各種香料⋯相當惹味。值得一讚嘅係,呢度嘅服務真係好好,服務員不時主動過嚟幫我哋換骨碟同埋加湯👍🏻食完雞之後,服務員就幫我哋加湯開始打邊爐。首先嚟嘅係手打鮮蝦丸,蝦丸真係好新鮮,而且好彈牙,亦好足料,好味,值得encore!之後係墨魚水上飄,比起淨係食墨魚滑多咗一層口感,墨魚滑打得好爽、好彈牙,唔錯,都幾特別。最後上枱嘅係安格斯牛頸脊,牛肉雪花分佈平均,而且牛味濃郁,唔錯,啱晒愛牛嘅朋友😆

最後要介紹嘅係呢杯水果茶,真係好清新亦唔會太甜,水果新鮮,亦有陣陣嘅茶香,而且份量十足,非常值得推介!
