To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 朋友找我食lunch,非常好的問我有沒有邊間餐廳想試因為佢可以早到拎位,太幸福了吧!不用等有得食,即刻提議食呢間。餐廳有點難找,來回經過幾次也沒有發現它的存在,在唐樓裡上兩層樓梯才到達。一入去,別有洞天的感覺,主打懷舊蔚藍色調很舒服。裝潢得很有家的感覺。我們點了古早味滷排骨飯$70和茶燻雞佐烏龍茶漬飯$78。 食物到:- 賣相都很吸引。一個個餐盤盛著花碌碌的餐具好得意。古早味滷排骨搭滷肉飯$70 排骨肉質軟腍,味道惹味不過咸,佐飯一流。是挺好吃。配魯肉飯但滷肉少得可憐。茶燻雞佐烏龍茶漬飯$78這個上枱時嗅到濃濃的燶味,每一件雞都沾滿那濃烈的燶味,吃入口時怪怪的,是那燻味嗎?是這樣子嗎?不知道,反正不好吃那味道怪怪的。午餐不配飮品價錢不算便宜,但在這環境下還算合理。
