To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. 6/9那天真忙,在forte享用完午餐後,又差不多要帶寶寶去interview了! 這次測試歷時50分鐘,完成後媽媽覺得非常餓,一來是現在很大食,二來也是錯過了甜茶聚,胃口特別空虛! 當時身處佐敦,與爸爸首後致電想重溫八月居、映月樓,可都不是婚宴就是滿座,還幸星光行翠園仍有位。首次上來星光行用餐,發覺這間翠園應該開了很長時間,因裡面的裝演甚有八十年代中式風味,同近年新開的美心中菜風格截然不同,而當中開揚的維港海景非常剎食,很慶幸當晚被安排了靠窗位。 餐廳的懷舊風味還可見於前菜,竟然是喬頭,好多年沒見了! 不過媽媽一向不愛,沒吃了。 爸爸又點了龍井茶,今次不及白玉蘭的明前龍井好飲,一來茶不夠香,二來茶葉沒被隔開,飲起來很論盡!明明已經有茶了,怎麼又來多壺茶? 原來這是清燉杞子土雞湯($38/位),造型特別,而且要讚湯鮮甜得來味道濃厚,飲來有點黏口的膠質,足料而味美,推介!  之後有三款家常小菜,舊派作風關係,全部都是大大碟,非常抵食。首先是蠔皇牛肉($98),牛肉量多且嫩滑,調味不濃不淡,還配上不少菜芯,不錯。生拆圍蝦炒滑蛋($88)同樣份量很足,而且炒蛋是意想不到的嫩滑可口,蝦

蝦籽香煎琵琶豆腐($78),琵琶豆腐共有八件之多,而且件件身量巨大,可惜今次炸得乾身了些少,少了一份柔滑感。很欣賞它又是配搭了不少菜芯,感覺全晚吃得很健康!

全部食物份量都很大,再點上一碗白飯,以媽媽的極肚餓狀況還是清不了貨,上述食物吃剩了三成多要打包! 然而來到糖水甜品時間,仍是不客氣點了三款之多,嘻嘻。

好久沒吃
紅豆沙($18),是晚點了一碗來重溫,發覺這裡出品甜度剛好,而且成品起沙兼有淡淡陳皮香,幾滿意!

最後是
壽包($36),一點至少半打,兩口子決定只蒸了一隻來吃,其餘翌日帶去友人家中分享。飽滿的壽包中等身量,中間的蓮蓉頗滑,就是蛋黃未夠漏油香口。

以AE白金卡簽賬,今餐半價後埋單$280,食得超飽還有兩大盒打包,確是抵食之選,但如是正價就一般了。最後,又分享寶寶在餐廳內開心玩樂的片段吧! 他真的大得很快,或者再過些日子,就有寶寶一起用餐的片段了!
