To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

深水埗真係食餃子一個好地方 周圍都有好多小店 話說之前買完電話卡經過呢間餐廳發現人流不絕 而且有唔同小食可以揀 就入去試下 😆金牌碗仔翅 ($19)而家出面已經唔再好似以前咁咁容易食到 大部分都係要係街企係度食 好少有堂食 呢度有得坐得舒舒服服 同時有得揀大細碗 呢個值得一讚 味道就正常👌🏻生菜魚肉湯 ($23)雖然揀左細碗 但魚肉份量都幾多 食完其實都已經有少少飽香煎豬扒麵🐷 ($42)豬扒新鮮煎起 好香 整到金黃色 味道都好入味 簡單得黎但好味 淨湯手工餃子🥟 ($40/10隻)餃子真係好好食 皮薄餡靚 小編揀左鴛鴦餃子 包括係韮菜同椰菜 粒粒都好飽滿 最特別係加左馬蹄粒 變左好爽口 豐富成個口感 好好食🤩 巴斯克芝士蛋糕🍰 ($25)估唔到傳統嘅餐廳都會有西式蛋糕食 飽到上心口都忍唔住叫番件黎食 幾creamy 細細件 唔錯☺️
