住開港島區一定有聽過上環有一間好出名懷舊酒樓 - 蓮香居,易手後改名「六安居」,其保留左舊店原有格局外,據聞伙記都係原班人馬。店內所有小菜都好大碟,兩個人根本食唔晒;而且店員服務很周到,會主動加茶同換骨碟,讚!✨海皇炒蛋白外面比較少有的一道菜;蝦仁與蛋白比例平均;蛋白炒到剛剛好,完全無出水嘅情況,而蝦仁彈牙又鮮甜。整體味道清而鮮,口感如絲般幼嫩軟滑。✨招牌欖角骨大大件金沙排骨包滿了特制欖角醬汁,味道好濃郁;食時肉質鮮嫩多汁,同時淡淡嘅欖角清香會停於留口中~十分驚喜有琥珀合桃,令整道菜色添加了層次感!✨蒜蓉炒豆苗豆苗新鮮脆綠,加埋蒜蓉去炒,火候十足;食時清脆而完全沒有菜渣感,仲有濃濃的蒜香味。
