To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

懷舊店舖港式西餐

舊式嘅港式西餐店舖越黎越少，雖然佢哋嘅餐點未必係比較起上嚟最美味最有驚喜嘅嗰種，但勝在有嗰種古老嘅港式情懷，令人間唔中就想去感受一下。餐廳嘅裝修由卡位去到擺設都充滿懷舊風格，而且唔係專登佈置出嚟嗰種，而係因為餐廳本身已經有好耐歷史，喺歲月嘅痕跡之下顯露出獨有嘅風味。西冷扒肉質豐富而且附上嘅黑椒汁份量亦都好大方，餐前奉送嘅餐湯大大碗（甚至有少少懷疑餐廳係用一個湯麵碗去裝湯hahaha），連埋餐包同嘢飲都係$70左右，喺依一區來講算係非常抵食～
