To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

美式什扒 跟湯 薯菜($98)美國西冷扒 跟田螺 湯 薯菜($134) 以前讀書果陣好似食過一次就無再食佢，啱啱諗緊食咩又行過就決定食佢。好舊式既西餐廳，唔算好大。可能因為有啲晏，客唔多，除咗我哋仲有兩枱。塊蒜蓉包唔好睇佢咁細塊，鈉含量一定超標😂😂😂好咸真係，點完湯好少少，不過好脆既，anyway我都係食晒白湯有雞肉，薯仔，洋蔥，有啲粉絲咁係幾特別的。田螺配薯蓉好夠熱。西冷扒都幾大塊，好軟冧。什扒較薄身不過都有好多。儘管身上已有咁多肉，仍然都仲係食咁多肉😂🐖薯菜部分係焗薯同一舊西蘭花同一舊蕃茄，正常咁，其實食肉就夠飽杯檸水個杯幾可愛，特意影咗一下$234 埋單算係咁啦，幾有趣既餐廳
