To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

去咗間大家耳熟能詳嘅西餐廳,我揀咗幾款經典菜式嚟一齊分享下。首先,個蒜蓉包真係好得意,脆口得嚟香蒜味十足,暖笠笠嘅感覺令人忍唔住一片又一片🥖!湯品部分,羅宋湯同番茄湯都各有千秋,羅宋湯夠哂味道,啱啱好嘅濃稠,每啖都咁滋味;番茄湯清新又提神,蕃茄酸酸甜甜,重點係唔會太膩。而主菜嘅牛柳同ribeye,啲肉質做到medium-rare,腍滑爽口,火侯掌握得好準,牛味濃郁,邊d肉食落去鮮嫩多汁,仲有啲輕微嘅炭燒香,嚟緊聖誕節我諗我又會去搏一搏🎅。至於配菜,個人偏愛傳統嘅薯仔,啲薯仔外皮香脆,入口即溶,令人回味無窮😋。最後,一杯清涼嘅凍檸茶,酸酸甜甜,消滯解膩,皆大歡喜。整體嚟講,這家西餐廳係個非常地道嘅選擇,無論是同三五知己,定係一個人享受美食嘅時光,都係咁啱哋🙌。 continue reading

路過此地,$56一個午餐包一片蒜蓉多士、漿水白湯、主食、及凍飲加$2。對比對面一家米芝蘭加持之粉麵店賣$49一碗粉的價錢實屬合理。可惜一代不如一代,此店看其裝修甚具歷史,但此等歷史輕鬆敗給了下一代。店內一肥女子,相信是其店家之女兒,服務態度惡劣,現場呼喝眾多食客。雖價格合理,食物平庸,但隨之附送此等服務享受,勸君慎入。除餐白湯呈漿水狀外,其它食物尚算合格。主食有嫌味道略缺,但份量充足,其急凍扒類之處理方法亦算洽當。 continue reading

一間非常本地嘅港式西餐廳,晚餐主打扒類,當然都會有焗飯焗意粉之類嘅選擇。今晚揀咗幾份牛扒餐,有牛柳,有ribeye ,前菜有熱辣辣,又脆卜卜嘅蒜蓉包,餐湯例牌非紅即白,味道有啲驚喜👍🏻 主菜上場,你要幾多成熟就煮到幾多成熟,恰到好處🙏🏻👍🏻 牛扒夠淋,有牛味,唔錯!可配飯,意粉或薯菜,個人覺得薯菜相當好味😋而最後有啫喱做甜品,夠哂old school! 加埋杯凍檸茶,都係百鬆啲一位,性價比甚高,值得一試👍🏻 continue reading
