To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

喺觀塘街市出出入入, 成日經過都好好奇呢間餐廳, 今日終於可以一試喇! 好鐘意呢類懷舊冰室格局的餐廳, 不像商場餐廳般冷冰冰。牆上好多相同畫, 見到舊日觀塘樣貌都幾得意。叫了個兩餸一湯餐 ($258), 我地兩個大人一個小朋友都食唔晒哦, 呢個價錢抵食!蒜泥白肉, 蒜砌得好碎, 真係蒜泥, 做法無平時煮法咁落好多辣油, 無咁油膩。五花腩肥瘦均勻, 辣味好香, 太太就略嫌辣。糖醋排骨, 呢個必食, 叫碟唔辣的比小朋友食, 點知佢差不多食晒成碟, 佢個芡汁顏色味道炒得好靚, 酸酸甜甜送飯一流。雲吞雞, 雞湯足料入味, 大大件雞上碟上台, 一啲都唔孤寒, 雲吞飽滿, 呀仔都飲咗兩碗, 不過最後都真係太飽食唔晒, 好抵食!!八寶茶, 茶有驚喜, 清甜回甘, 足料有八樣材料, 可食可飲, 食到飽飽立刻消濟。
