To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

今晚到荃灣兆和街的［生龍清湯腩］嚐嚐經典的牛腩味道。餐廳不大，裝飾簡樸，六七十年代的懷舊風情。餐牌上都是經典經口味的粉麵飯，當然，我最想嚐這裏的招牌菜---清湯腩。「清湯牛坑腩飯」，牛坑炆得既腍軟，又爽口，半肥不瘦，牛肉味濃，清湯清淡而不肥膩，是必食之選。「巴基斯坦咖喱牛腩飯」，巴基斯坦咖喱香濃而不辣，牛腩有質感之餘又不靭，非常惹味，送飯一流。「西洋菜」，水煮西洋菜，不油膩，夠健康。「香煎墨魚餅」，新鮮即煎，香噴噴，鮮味十足，爽口彈牙。「家鄉煎鯪魚餅」，家鄉風味，鯪魚肉特別新鮮，無魚腥味，點上酸甜醬來吃，份外美味。兩款煎魚餅味道和口感，讓人有意外的驚喜。這裏的味道不錯，價錢實惠，甚得街坊的支持。
