一黎到就俾餐廳既懷舊裝修吸引,餐廳主打70至80年代霓虹燈懷舊風,仲播著懷舊金曲,好有氣氛。花雕醉雞鍋 ($188)湯底揀左花雕醉雞,花雕酒味超濃。醉雞放瓦煲內另上,水滾後落雞煲五至六分鐘就食得。煲好第一次時間飲咗個湯先,好正好鮮甜但又唔會覺咸,好滋補。雞亦好滑嫩好有花雕香味,忍唔住一連食左幾舊。賣魚勝推介 ($398)推介大家點依個海鮮拼盤,幾抵食,有8頭鮑魚、聖子王、海蝦,相當豐富。鮑魚大大隻仲好彈牙,聖子爽口唔靭,海蝦亦十分鮮甜,全部都好新鮮。本地手切牛肉 (細 $288)最中意食手切牛,牛肉肥瘦均勻,厚薄適中,食落充滿牛味又夠腍身。牛骨髓 ($78)浸過花雕雞湯味道變得更香滑,食落仲啖啖骨膠原。午餐肉 ($48)田園拼盤 ($78)店員服務好好,會時不時幫我哋隔油同湯邊既泡泡,令到湯底唔會變得太過油膩同渾濁。最後甜品好有驚喜,店員送上啫喱同糖不甩。啫喱係懷舊風,配埋花奶同紙傘,好有童年回憶!仲有即場製作既「錦鯉糖不甩」,先放入湯底內煮熱,然後加上花生粒、芝麻和黃糖粉。糯米軟儒熱辣辣,食落甜甜咸咸非常滋味。
