To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

K11 Musea既Chatterbox Cafe成日都大排長龍，今日去左佢位於太古既分店，唔洗等位正！入到去店內環境好舒適，燈光光線十分充足，坐得幾舒服，自己出去cashier落單然後有人送餐，幾方便.招牌大蝦喇沙大蝦肉質爽彈，喇沙湯底辣中帶椰漿味，惹味得黎辣度岩岩好，其他配料都好入味. 牛肉雞蛋銀針粉經典菜式，細細個已經成日食，見到menu有一定要叫黎懷舊一下. 用煲仔上銀針粉，最鍾意銀針粉又滑又煙韌仲好惹味，夠晒兩個人分享呢個餐仲包一杯飲品，我就揀左熱奶茶，幾香滑凍美祿哥斯拉新加坡國民飲品，美祿上面加咗好好味嘅雲呢拿雪糕，同埋朱古力脆脆波波，三重口感加埋一齊甜，飲完開心晒.
