To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

聽日去觀塘食嘢都係去APM/駱駝漆，上網見到有間since 1990，喺利東街搬去觀塘嘅珠記冰室，即管去試吓☺️.餐廳係地道懷舊冰室風格，嘢食價錢親民，上餐極快速，不失為lunch time好選擇。咖喱牛腩撈丁 配 大檸樂好耐冇見過大玻璃樽裝嘅可樂，成日都覺得玻璃樽比膠樣多汽同好飲！成個午餐好heavy，食完之後到夜晚都仲覺得好飽😂瑞士汁雞翼撈丁 加 凍檸茶地道冰室點可以少得凍檸茶，一間茶餐廳嘅茶底好重要，珠記檸檬茶一啲苦澀味都冇，nice！瑞士汁好似淡咗少少，炒蛋有啲乾同油味，so far so good🙊
