To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

一間有五十年歴史，一直駐紥西營盤的懷舊扒房，之前無意之中幫襯過，扒餐份量唔少，咸豬手與其他扒房造法有啲唔同，整體好味！今次聖誕節朋友想吃懷舊扒房，所以再去幫襯。自從港𡷊西有了地鐵，非常方便，餐廳就在地鐵出口。聖誕夜餐廳滿座，好彩一早訂座，否則八個人真的難有位。餐廳分為兩部份，普通房（燈比較光）及小房（暗紅色燈光）。由於我哋多人，餐廳要將幾張枱拍埋，所以坐普通房。餐廳裝修一睇就知道懷舊，尤其見到格仔枱布（兒時回憶）。雖然聖誕節，餐廳除咗聖誕餐，仍供應少量A La Carte,我哋當然選擇聖誕餐，雖然講不上高水準，但價錢適中，最重要是每人有一份聖誕禮物（呢個係吃聖誕餐的精髓。一大班朋友開心過了一個聖誕，有得吃又有禮物好開心！
