今日專程帶國內客人到懷舊酒家感受一下港式風情。太子道這間分店看來太有歷史了,有小小焗宿味,樓下不高座位都幾親密,不過我欣賞昔日龍鳳禮堂仍保留得完成!欣賞完就當然醫肚先喇!😝家鄉蒸粉果皮比較厚身,餡料清甜菜多小肉合我心意。雞球大飽好懷舊由做飽到做餡料都一流👍冬菇、雞肉、雞蛋及白菜用料十足香芋鴨腳扎鴨腳沒有經人工啤水故好有口感有膠質,芋頭粉嫩好味,可惜瘦肉乾身無汁。名字叫豉汁蒸魚雲我覺得應該叫 「薑蔥蒸魚雲」味道清淡古法馬拉糕香軟順滑口感軟綿帶陣陣馬拉油味,甜度適中。💯鳳城名菜「脆皮炸子雞」 $140堅得👍皮脆肉滑香氣撲鼻睇都垂涎,食落更是滋味萬分!大點 $34 中點 $26 小點$18茶錢每位$12懷舊點心蜜糖雞蛋散、上湯炸粉果、瑤柱灌湯餃、爽肚蒸燒賣都是懷舊名菜👍
