公司附近多數都係粉麵店,間唔時都會想食下常餐、茶餐呀,其實公司附近都有好幾間茶餐廳,見金記裝修幾得意又懷舊,就試一試啦。本來一心想食常餐豬潤通粉,但見午餐有焗蕃茄吉列豬扒飯,好似幾吸引,於是就轉軚😂。午餐$50-60左右,價錢响呢區都合理,餐湯叫咗紅湯,即雜菜湯:好濃蕃茄味都好蔬菜,酸酸地偏咸但都幾多味。吉列焗豬:初時我地都諗吉列又點焗?吉列完再放飯一齊焗?咁豬扒咪索晒啲汁會淋?噢~原來係炒底上面鋪上鮮茄汁先焗,上枱時再放吉列豬扒喺面!豬扒好大塊~~~差唔多同個焗盤咁大,吉列嘅麵包糠炸得非常脆,豬扒仲有嫩,無炸過龍,茄汁係用鮮蕃茄整唔會似出面其他用蕃醬蕃膏整,味道無咁濃,有鮮味,炒底雖然有蛋,但唔係幾食到蛋味。餐茶叫咗奶茶:夠茶味,唔嚡口,有奶香,係傳統經典茶餐廳味道。
