To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

今朝去咗西環嘅周記點心 ，呢度除咗奶黃流沙西多士好出名，仲有呢份充滿懷舊風味嘅芝麻蝦多士 ，同樣都係招牌菜。港式厚薄多士做早餐就食得多，朝早嘆#蝦多士 都係第一次😅 多士外層佈滿白芝麻，每口都充滿芝麻香，好香脆！炸功不錯，食落一點都唔油膩。入面夾住就係超厚蝦膠，啖啖都係蝦肉，好足料，幾彈牙！點埋旁邊沙律醬仲好食喎😋
