又黎到打邊爐嘅季節喇！荃灣呢間懷舊風嘅大滾友🔥 裝修復古feel，播緊啲懷舊金曲，成個氣氛好正！入到去仲有熱情果梳打請飲添，夠晒貼心 🥤必食招牌花膠雞湯鍋！湯底超級足料 💯 成個鍋底都喺花膠，湯質香濃無比，完全冇加味精！半隻雞肉質夠爽夠嫩，浸咗個湯更係無得輸 🐔凍蟶子皇勁新鮮，肉質彈牙爽口，配埋佢哋自家配製嘅香醋，酸甜開胃，完全停唔到口 🦪講到肉類，四國牛肉拼盤每款都有特色，肉紋靚，夠新鮮，特別推介佢嘅日本和牛，油花分佈均勻，一入口即溶😋 伊比利亞豬肉都係一絕，肉味香濃又唔會太漏，配火鍋啱啱好 🥩鵝肝墨魚丸夠創新，外層墨汁包住裡面嘅鵝肝，咬開嗰下超滿足，鵝肝香濃到爆！🦑最後仲要試埋佢嘅火焰焦糖豆腐花，師傅即場點火燒到個面焦脆，配埋香甜黃糖，香甜滑溜，完美 ending！🔥飲品仲有自家製竹蔗茅根，清甜解膩，飲完成個人都舒服晒 🌿呢度真係一間好有誠意嘅火鍋店，無論係食材定服務都做得好足，絕對值得推介！💯
