行山前去黃大仙冬菇亭飲個早茶~原來唔一定要早起身,因為呢度嘅點心做到下午😯。今次試咗七款:利豐蝦餃王$22🥢蟹籽燒賣王$21潮式糯米卷$20🥢雞絲滑粉卷$19叉燒腸$24🥢鮮蝦韭菜餃$22蠔王鮮竹卷$19當中最推介蟹籽燒賣王。大粒而且彈牙鮮甜,食得出蝦肉嘅比例頗多。腸粉都好有驚喜,腸粉皮夠薄而且口感夠軟滑。叉燒肥瘦適中,一啲都唔嚡。雞絲滑粉卷平日比較少見,以腸粉皮包住雞絲、蘿蔔絲、冬菇絲,再加入少量芫茜梗💚。腸粉皮滑溜,但餡料仍然保持爽脆,味道亦好豐富。
