To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

星期五6點半喺app 度㩒飛等到8點幾終於入得3個人叫咗3個set胡麻擔擔湯下鍋前係經店員攪勻過但仍然係淡而無味見店舖提供嘅肉係由店員現場密密砌期待會係厚薄適中，完整一片片但上枱時牛肩胛係切到勁碎，食落似牛肉乾牛五花厚過牛肩胛但係好韌、牛舌有陣騷味自問平時食嘢要求唔算高但係冇諗過一間火鍋店嘅肉可以咁差係得烏冬算正正常常，幾彈牙埋單4百幾好似好抵食得係水準仲差過快餐店（eg吉_家、大乜乜物物）一人邊爐貼錢請我都唔會再食

係得烏冬算正正常常，幾彈牙
埋單4百幾好似好抵食
得係水準仲差過快餐店（eg吉_家、大乜乜物物）一人邊爐
貼錢請我都唔會再食
