To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 慶生飯局選擇喱間唯一獲選World’s 50 Best的中菜館第一次試菜,大家都有所期待位處九如坊,我哋都覺得有點「禾稈冚珍珠」懶人~緊係食套餐啦喱個前菜係小蕃茄、水梨、蘋果合成,唔知點解會有啲......可能係九層塔😅好嫩嘅乳鴿~骨頭軟嫩,有陣陣煙燻茶香炸物好味......but有少許淋油蘋果雪梨燉瘦肉~夠熱夠甜夠潤肺喱個季節食蟹......冇得輸~爆羔鮮甜有酒香精華被陳村粉盡吸~一個字好耐好耐冇食過咁嫩滑鮮味嘅雞肉我一個可以食半隻牛肋骨~牛味十足,但有幾嚿油膩咗......唔係我杯茶喱個排骨咬一啖~骨肉分離......少少甜🤏少少酸🤏~送飯醒胃一流~驚喜之作成條芥蘭削淨最嫩部份梅菜冇沙微甜~蒸嘅時間拿捏準確炒得粒粒分明......乾身唔油用心製作論食材、廚藝~真係用心製作但喱到嘅服務1、環境~9個人被安排坐2樓......樓底矮、枱細、空間狹窄2、態度~遇著「黑面神」侍應當夜朋友感到有啲熱,要求開大冷氣,侍應話「會凍㗎」未等朋友話「到時較返細啦」佢已經話「冇得再較細」語氣、態度極差我好驚訝World’s 50 Best餐廳竟然會聘請喱種侍應一間餐廳除咗味道外......整體表現都好
