星期日歎茶~喺銅鑼灣剪完頭髮,銅鑼灣食嘢我自己去攞位先,侍應生知道,我一個人攞三個位,好緊張話90分鐘交枱講咗幾次🤣 放心我哋一定交到😊坐低,叫咗茶之後佢放咗一個大煲🍵 同一壺滾水~我呆咗一呆,原來係要自己再淥一次啲餐具即係驚我哋唔信佢,要親自處理😅我心諗:點解唔用紫外光燈呢?🔸#鳳爪排骨飯 原個煲仔上,飯粒粒分明,又有飯香排骨都好多,鳳爪有兩隻咁大煲都好抵👍🔸#星海會蝦餃王有金箔喺上邊,更顯高貴皮薄,蝦肉彈牙;40幾蚊有四件其實好抵食👍🔸#雪山焗叉燒餐包 外皮香脆鬆軟,一口咬下入邊嘅叉燒好多空氣感,唔錯🔸#厚切叉燒腸粉 腸粉皮都算鬆軟,唔會c實實鍾意叉燒腸粉裏面嘅芫荽有少少喺裏面提香,令到成件腸粉更加出色🔸#黑蔗糖馬拉糕鍾意原籠上嘅馬拉糕鬆軟又帶着淡淡的甜味🔸#老乾媽蒸鳳爪 正常鳳爪嘅味道,鳳爪亦都腍身唔會太硬#值得一提係我飲嘅係壽眉#佢嘅茶葉絕對唔少#飲得濃茶嘅我都要不停加滾水溝淡#正常一間嘅酒樓

坐低,叫咗茶之後
佢放咗一個大煲🍵 同一壺滾水~

原個煲仔上,飯粒粒分明,又有飯香
排骨都好多,鳳爪有兩隻
咁大煲都好抵👍

有金箔喺上邊,更顯高貴
皮薄,蝦肉彈牙;40幾蚊有四件其實好抵食👍

🔸#雪山焗叉燒餐包
外皮香脆鬆軟,一口咬下入邊嘅叉燒
好多空氣感,唔錯

🔸#厚切叉燒腸粉
腸粉皮都算鬆軟,唔會c實實
鍾意叉燒腸粉裏面嘅芫荽
有少少喺裏面提香,令到成件腸粉更加出色

鬆軟又帶着淡淡的甜味
