Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

很少來譚仔因爲經常都人頭湧湧。今天晚了吃飯,看見不用等位,所以再來試試。腩肉、雞肉、魚蛋五小辣。加一杯凍檸茶和一份小的土匪雞翼。米綫很大碗,可説是市面上米綫店中最有分量的。湯底(不計麻辣)看來主要是雞粉加腐竹之類,令看上去很白,而有點厚身的。加了辣後就掩蓋了那個很平凡的湯底。這就是成功之道吧。所有餸都是白灼而沒什麽味道的。但一般食客都是爲了那麻辣湯,餸只是用來點綴。下次其實點一樣餸就夠了。土匪雞翼是出色的。黑椒、胡椒、孜然粉等,配上最絕的黑芝麻中和香料味,即叫即烤出來。縱然雞翼是普通貨色,但口味豐富,恰到好處。看看鄰座一般都是點一至兩味餸,很多都叫中辣或大辣,吃到鼻水直流。二十來元能吃得飽又有麻辣的刺激,這才是譚仔最刹食的一著。近年他們迅速擴張,已成爲很多人生活的一部分。能在衆多雲南米綫店中成爲最大的連鎖之一,是很大的成就了。
