Restaurant: Fresh Fish Soup (Ho Pong Street)

To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 一直都有幫趁,以前個名叫鱻,鬼叫難讀,改名咪好地地,唔使成日同同事講完要解釋一輪😂而家開宗明義叫鮮魚湯,當然係叫啲魷魚湯嘅嘢啦。今次同啲同事來,其實都係食返果啲嘢。特色嘅墨魚麵,其實你叫白麵黑丸定黑麵白丸,恰埋眼食都係食緊墨魚滑咁成碗肉😂黑丸粒丸係細粒啲架,咁又實過白丸少少)麵就以魚片質地。另一個同事就醒,識叫多蔥。多青啲未爭好遠㗎。佢呢碗係三寶湯飯都係食個魚湯,佢哋個炸蝦條係幾好味既。講到食飯好食麵好,其實個精粹都係喺個辣菜甫度。呢度啲菜甫好細湯匙就已經好夠,辣味唔係死咸,配返個正氣溫和既魚湯又唔同左感覺。價錢唔貴不過lunch time黎就好迫🙈飲品加少少錢好大杯但無乜味😅
