同啲人過第一個情人節就點都要俾多少誠意。啲人鍾意日本嘢,尤其係日本西嘢。日式洋食歷史久遠,自明治維新後,日本學習西方事物,當時認為西方食物係令西方人體魄魁梧的主因,故於國內大力推行。到二次大戰後,人民生活改善,洋食亦開始普及。洋食混合咗日西烹調技巧同食材,成為自成一格嘅料理,洋食並唔係西方菜,係不折不扣嘅日本食品。歷史課上完啦,講番正經嘢先。香港洋食店唔算多,街知巷聞嘅都係商場,日式百貨內出名嘅連鎖店,價錢中下,質素參次,而且都係食完就走嘅格局,要响香港搵間好食嘅洋食屋,配番枝餐酒扮high class真係唔易。其實情人節套餐一向都係吸金,食唔到啲好嘢,又冇得選擇。不過Hal's 就冇咁衰,二人前$888,規定咗刺身盛,omu-hayashi 同甜品鮮果撻,再包自選a la carte 前菜主菜各一。餐牌選擇多,而且各有特色,用料騷刁鑽,樣樣聽落都幾好食咁,仲有好多我未試過嘅煮法,一個前菜又點可以滿足我哋試新嘢嘅慾望呢。仲有chef special,季節限定,全部都係上盛食材,每日由日本空運到港。結果我哋要多咗個前菜,一份生蠔,一份天婦羅,加多枝清酒。先講酒水,本應想飲枝$720嘅,冇

講下啲服務,當晚座無虛席,40個客人,樓面得經理,櫃面同一個侍應,另一個侍應要幫手plate up,每個人包括經理都奔波勞碌,可惜人手不足,未能達致服務超卓,但仍可見各人盡力做好崗位,忙碌中依然對客人笑容親切,經理好有耐性咁同客人介紹菜式酒水,值得加許。臨走時仲有情人節照相服務,倍感甜蜜。
埋單連酒水$2400,唔計酒水每人$700,食咁多好嘢喎,唔算貴。如果想身處香港,又要食到高水準有創意,誠意十足嘅洋食,Hal's 一定唔會令你失望。餐牌有咁多好選擇, 我已經準備再去食多次。

較暗啲燈,情調好啲,高級得黎有溫情,襯番食物嘅水準。
唔好再用啲唔食得/唔好食嘅裝飾伴碟,得個靚字而同菜色味道唔夾嘅,係唔應該响碟上面嘅。
