如果一間食店冇客,而你又未食過,你係唔係唔太敢入去食呢? 相反,一間人氣極高的食店,又能代表d乜呢?是日,心情so-so,但,午餐又想食雞。食雞,又只會想食海南雞。在紅磡區閒逛,忽見呢間烏蠅都冇隻,但係又有海南雞飯喎。咁,硬著頭皮都要一試。雙拼豬頸肉加海南雞都只係三十六,我呢d貪心既人當然係食兩味啦。先來龍尾冰,下一下火,都不錯。再來是例湯,不用多提。主角方面,豬項肉不過不失,因為豬頸肉好難整得難食,所以更加難整得好好食。海南雞卻是出乎意料地好,已去骨,雞皮滑,肉有彈性,飯粒分明。施施然然坐左個幾鐘,成個人舒服哂。http://hk.myblog.yahoo.com/zen-thefoodhunter
