紅磡出名多正野食。呢間泰國菜味道好好。泰國人經營,啲野一般都幾惹味。泰式炒飯食落唔會太油膩,味道剛剛好,份量又ok多。😆😆另外亦都試咗佢嘅冬蔭功湯米線。我個人嚟講唔系太食得辣🌶🌶所以一路食一路流鼻水。不過味道酸酸地系好開胃嘅,唔會得個辣字,啲餸索哂湯底嘅酸辣味,尤其是啲菇,好入味好正架。價錢正常啦,大約$60幾$70幾蚊一份主菜。如果飲品再大杯少少會更加好🤣🤣,因為食辣嘅話都唔系好夠飲。

同朋友咁耐冇見,今日難得一聚,重口味組揀咗食泰國菜!其實之前都經過呢間鋪頭幾次,不過因為裝潢比較老舊,所以都冇試過,而今次聽朋友講呢間都幾好,所以就決定試下。我地嗌咗冬蔭公湯,菠蘿飯同金邊粉,同埋木瓜沙律,份量都充足,4個人食仲有啲食唔晒⋯⋯欣賞嘅係冬蔭公入面啲蝦新鮮大隻,不過菠蘿飯同金邊粉就冇乜特別,味道偏淡,如果鍾意淡口味嘅就幾好。但唔會話好惹味。木瓜沙律好辣,如果唔食得辣嘅人會好似我咁辣傻咗😂但辣得黎好好食。服務都幾好,雖然晚市好多人,但因為我地真係唔夠位擺,見我地食得咁辛苦都猶豫過後,將隔離嘅2人檯俾我地。4個人4款餸4杯嘢飲盛會500。

夏天一來就會想食酸酸辣辣開胃的泰國菜。紅磡泰國餐廳很少,這一家金香茅泰國餐廳很細間,有點難找。午市套餐選擇和價錢還算相宜。同事order的冬陰功湯米線。賣相是吸引的,也很香的冬陰功味。湯底是ok的,但是米線太冧了。同事話米線不用咬就爛了,一點也不彈牙。食到最後,米線全部碎晒,夾都夾不起。😂😂😂而且份量也不太夠食。看起上來很大碗,個碗其實很淺。我很喜歡食豬頸肉飯。這個豬頸肉飯完全不合格!!豬勁肉好硬,冷的,覺得好似是昨天晚上賣剩的一樣,又干又硬。油飯也不是熱的。跟餐的龍眼冰有一點太甜了。但還過得去,唯一的好處是凍飲不用加錢。

同個friend講話要試勻紅磡既餐廳,今日就黎到一間唔起眼既泰國菜餐廳又係好遲先可以去食飯,成1345先去到餐廳但都仲又好多人係度,大概8成滿吧,都幾熱鬧~叫左兩個餐,但都好令人失望 (saddd)-- 蟹王咖喱豬排飯 ($52)(2.5/5)本身以為會分開飯同埋咖喱上,點知醬蓋飯甘上,仲要係完全cover左,太嚇人了食完呢個甘肥既飯,個日應該可以唔洗食其他野了個咖喱好杰,好濃,但完全冇蟹王咖喱既味道:(比較似黃咖喱 有點被騙既感覺感覺上食茶餐廳既咖喱飯會更開心呢-- 冬陰功米線($50)(3/5)本身自己好鐘意食冬陰功但呢間真係仲差過我自己煮架lol(利申:廚藝級別係煮公仔麵啊)佢做得好淡,同埋冇自己既特色唔夠酸,唔夠辣,唔夠香有待進步喔料落得足既,有蝦、帶子、菇......如果可以落多少少香料就好辣:)紅磡都好似有幾多泰菜之選~但就未必會再黎呢間啦,唔值呢個價:(

本身以為會分開飯同埋咖喱上,點知醬蓋飯甘上,仲要係完全cover左,太嚇人了
食完呢個甘肥既飯,個日應該可以唔洗食其他野了
個咖喱好杰,好濃,但完全冇蟹王咖喱既味道:(
比較似黃咖喱 有點被騙既感覺
感覺上食茶餐廳既咖喱飯會更開心呢

本身自己好鐘意食冬陰功
但呢間真係仲差過我自己煮架lol(利申:廚藝級別係煮公仔麵啊)
佢做得好淡,同埋冇自己既特色
唔夠酸,唔夠辣,唔夠香
有待進步喔
料落得足既,有蝦、帶子、菇......
如果可以落多少少香料就好辣:)

紅磡都好似有幾多泰菜之選~
但就未必會再黎呢間啦,唔值呢個價:(

食過幾間泰菜, 喺泰國都食過咖喱, 冇一次個汁係咁杰。如果係因為薯仔/豆類而咁都話正常, 但一食就覺得係打芡打出嚟。泰式黃咖喱用濕香料製成, 但呢盤咖喱完全有香茅同黃薑味, 只有椰奶嘅甜, 同咬中先有嘅芹菜味。呢個價位食茶記咖喱飯好過(根本差不多味)。

做完瑜伽就感到非常肚兒 於是不理三七二十一 食左先算 理得距高唔高卡我點了一份芒果糯米飯($60)其實由相片都可以看到 有半個芒果 超多椰汁 兩條飯糰 一條紫米 一條白米 兩個都有香香的椰汁味 但白米那條吃得出是放了一點鹽芒果挺甜 糯米飯軟糯 硬度適中 in in en en本來怕不夠吃 因為看去不夠大份 不過真的挺飽的

本來怕不夠吃 因為看去不夠大份 不過真的挺飽的

自大學時期經常來到紅磡這區做義工後,至此甚少踏足這區。今晚有緣在友人帶路下來到這裡吃泰國菜,聽她不斷說有多美味,已令我十分期待。不起眼的餐廳,卻給我親民的感覺,平實的裝潢,更有泰國風情。友人誠意推介冬陰公,即使不太吃辣的我也要試一試;另外叫了柚子蝦沙律,炒金邊粉和龍眼冰。先來的是龍眼冰。飲品比我想像的大杯,龍眼肉十分足料,大大粒,爽甜多汁,能喝得到龍眼的清甜,不會過甜,糖水調較合宜,清爽涼快。柚子蝦沙律頗為大堆頭,最底層是柚子,中間是蝦,最上層有花生碎粒。柚子十分清甜多汁,一點也不乾身;蝦肉彈牙,蝦與柚子的配搭,無疑是增添了蝦的鮮味;而最欣賞的是上層的花生碎,除提供了花生的濃香外,亦豐富了整碟沙律的口感層次,很好吃。冬陰公紅噹噹,香料辣味頗嗆。湯中的材料頗多,有蝦,魷魚,青口,香菇等,故提升了整鍋湯的鮮甜,辣味是重的,會在喉嚨邊慢慢滲出來,故我也喝得不多,但吃慣重口味的朋友相信會喜歡。最後是炒金邊粉,擺盤頗有特式,上面鋪了一層厚厚的芽菜。金邊粉炒得入味,酸酸甜甜,配料不外乎是雞蛋,雞肉,香蔥,同時亦有花生碎粒,增加口感,但稍嫌鑊氣不足,否則更加為香口。整體水準不錯,份量十足,吃完真的是

先來的是龍眼冰。飲品比我想像的大杯,龍眼肉十分足料,大大粒,爽甜多汁,能喝得到龍眼的清甜,不會過甜,糖水調較合宜,清爽涼快。
