To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

-表示自己已經是元氣熟客🤣每個月都會來數次，不過不同地方～這次就來到粉嶺火車站的元氣壽司🍣老實說，元氣壽司每天的質素都不同～不過大多都美味，有信心保證所以我才來🥰♥這次最有驚喜的是《軟殼蟹手卷》其實我每次來元氣壽司都會吃這個的！與其他大型壽司店比較，這裏的最好吃😘這次的軟殼蟹手卷更美味，大份量還有蟹膏！新鮮熱辣，超級好吃，大家一定要試試呀😳♥另外，這次的《三文魚壽司》特別美味💝很長很大，而且還入口即溶， 10分驚喜！因為特別好吃，我自己都吃了數碟三文魚😛♥其他壽司似乎也比較大份，質素亦不錯😋不知道是這天特別不同，還是這間店特別好xd下次會再來這間店比較一下到底是哪樣😈😈♥小提示 Tips：通常排長龍，做了會員便記得用會員app訂位💛
