無骨鴛鴦雞配黃薑飯 ($84)火炙薄燒牛拼脆雞配撈檬 ($92)手撕雞檬紙卷 (跟餐+$49)香茅薑蜜 (跟餐+$29)好耐冇食過越南嘢啦,決定今日真係要去食返一次先!一睇餐牌嘅時候,想講真係有超多選擇🤣🤣對於選擇困難症嘅我真係有啲難入手🫨最後都揀一個海南雞拼雞扒飯🐔首先講吓海南雞,食落口好嫩滑同埋面頭加咗一啲蔥油令到成隻雞都有好重嘅油香味。另外就係雞扒,其實就會比較似炸雞塊🍗而口感上真係炸得好脆,亦都完全唔會太油膩,真係俾佢驚艷到😛😛而黃薑飯亦都夠乾身,但係味道上就比較淡,黃薑味道唔夠突出,如果再重味啲就會更加好😃而火炙薄燒牛🐮都係第二樣驚艷到我嘅,佢係用左半生熟牛肉再輕輕燒一燒佢,入面都包住左一啲紅蘿蔔同米粉,增加左口感令到成舊爽脆左好多最後再喺面頭加咗啲燒汁,味道偏甜,配搭牛肉都幾好😋😋而火炙薄燒牛仲保留到少少粉紅色,食落口唔會太韌,都值得一試!評分:8/10
