黎越男仔食個是靚午,坐底瞬間覺得自己去咗越南街頭,鋪頭播住越南歌曲,我最鍾意牆上面貼住嘅抵死廣東話標語!我食咗鎮店四鳥椰汁酸湯檬粉,份量大,最有驚喜係上面一塊炸雞皮,蘸湯食好正。四鳥就係四種做法嘅雞,除咗炸雞皮,有手撕雞、脆雞件、串燒雞,啲雞仲要用火槍炙過先上台,好有越南街頭燒烤個種風味。個湯少少酸,椰味剛好(唔係超重口味)配合新鮮生菜,紫洋蔥,很不錯。另外軟殼蟹黃薑飯都幾好,蟹炸得靚仔,賣相完整,脆而不膩,黃薑飯粒乾身不油膩,混入大量沙律菜食落爽口。枱頭有碗撈檬汁嘅楂,可以兜黎撈飯。值得一提係跟餐的牙車快沙律,真係太好食了,係一個混合青菜、手撕雞、柚子同埋自家調味配料嘅沙律,加啲撈檬汁更惹味。旁面我哋揀咗配炸魚柳。飲品龍眼冰好多龍眼肉,叫咗少甜剛剛好,適合解暑。熱椰香拉茶,有得自己拉個椰漿落杯奶茶,我係椰控當然要落晒!#devietson #越男仔 #越南美食 #越男仔旺角店 #旺角美食 #香港越南餐廳 #香港越南菜 #香港越南美食 #香港越南粉 #香港越南粉旺角 continue reading

好少去廣華醫院附近的餐廳吃飯,見天氣幾好就行幾分鐘過去,越南仔本身都有幾間分店,口碑幾好就試一試😆三文魚蓉拼海膽+蝦餅,+扎肉配撈金邊粉越南撈檬粉就吃得多,今次是吃金邊粉,原來都爽口彈牙~三文魚蓉和海膽簡直是真材實料,除了份量很多之外,也很新鮮!蝦餅彈牙有蝦味。蒜蓉牛油雙蝦+扎肉撈金邊粉蝦很貼心地開了邊,烤得香口,蝦肉新鮮彈牙,超重蒜蓉味。海膽春卷(4件)本身是點越式春卷的,但發生了美麗的誤會,來了海膽春卷,賣相好吸引,海膽超足料又多,我們就錯有錯著照吃。春卷炸得很香口。 continue reading

早幾個月去完越南峴港食咗好多餐pho,今日又突然間有啲想食,就去咗老公公司附近間越男仔,印象中呢間湯底幾好飲~-慣咗食pho會叫牛肉,今次就試個生牛拼雙蝦配椰汁酸湯檬粉($118)。椰汁酸湯好開胃,再自己另外加啲辣椒仔落去,一定好飲過普通雞湯或者豬骨湯底~牛肉都幾香,而且冇乜肥膏啱晒我🥰-仲叫咗個鎮店四鳥椰汁酸湯檬粉($88),有脆雞皮、手撕雞、滑雞件同香脆雞~個雞皮超邪惡,食落好脆身香口,但真係好熱氣🤣我最欣賞佢啲滑雞件冇骨,食落啖啖肉😋另外小食越式蝦餅($55)都好有誠意,入面都幾多蝦肉👍🏻-佢啲飲品都唔差,椰香漏漏啡即係滴漏咖啡,咖啡味好香,而且唔會有苦澀味,而香茅檸蜜唔會太甜,飯後飲返杯幾舒服~ continue reading
