To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 今日朋友派喜帖, 約我在金鐘吃飯, 慶祝脫離王老五生涯.   我就一枝箭咁衝左去赴會.  他選的餐廳就在我公司樓下,  Brick Lane.  我地坐低之後, 二話不說, 便先點餐了,  因為近期新郎哥會為婚宴忙.我叫咗一個帶子沙律(北海道貨).  大家 share.個帶子沙律裏面有好大粒好香嘅芒果, 仲有咬落軟棉棉嘅牛油果, 北海道帶子半生熟嘅口感, 清新美味.  保持此餐廳一貫水準.未來新郎哥叫咗個  Guinness Pie , 裏面嘅牛肉燴得非常之稔, 而且好入味, 濃而不咸. 牛肉餡料足.大家男仔, 好擦得, 於是叫了一個比較勁嘅主菜, 就係肉眼扒.我哋叫五成熟, 出嚟真係啱啱好.  好大件啊. 咬落去啲肉汁標晒出嚟,  牛肉質嫩加上牛味濃,  yummy !配菜是烤好嘅蔬菜, 味甜去油膩, 非常之平衡. 重有  Yorkshire pudding  一般好食. 至於甜品, 未來新郎哥叫咗個 香蕉太妃.   呢個係我地在英國讀書時最鍾意食嘅甜品之一.  用比較新穎嘅手法去做, 薄脆嘅朱古力面層,  最底層係香蕉味蛋糕,  中間嘅夾心有朱古力班尼, 冰凍嘅忌廉.  配以溫暖的
