To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 我不是潮州人,但喜歡吃潮州菜,旺角MOKO的百樂潮州酒家,是比較常來吃午餐的店!生意很好!社會運動之前(2019年6月之前),星期六、星期日午餐,例必等位,試過中午(約12:15)到店,拿2人桌的號,服務員連號碼都不發給我!原因是:沒幾張2人桌!社會運動,以及現時的Covid-19,遊客大減,終於不用等位,可直接入座,而且2人可座4人桌,而不是臨時加的摺枱。喜歡的點心:#芋絲炸春卷,這個是我們喜歡的炸點心,每次必點,芋頭味濃郁!#潮州蒸粉果,來吃潮州點心,這個算有代表性,沙葛很爽口,花生很香,肥肉不算多,偶然吃吃,小吃多滋味!#百花蝦球浸魚肚,單價比較高的點心,但物有所值!#蝦餃,我吃出蝦是新鮮的,比急凍蝦多份甜品!#雙色水晶包,潮式甜點的代表,豆沙併蓮蓉,我喜歡豆沙多於蓮蓉!#家鄉炒麵線,人多才能點這個,不然會吃不完!

喜歡的點心:
#芋絲炸春卷,這個是我們喜歡的炸點心,每次必點,芋頭味濃郁!
#潮州蒸粉果,來吃潮州點心,這個算有代表性,沙葛很爽口,花生很香,肥肉不算多,偶然吃吃,小吃多滋味!
#百花蝦球浸魚肚,單價比較高的點心,但物有所值!
#蝦餃,我吃出蝦是新鮮的,比急凍蝦多份甜品
