To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 我一向好鐘意食蟹膏蟹粉,喺香港好食嘅蟹粉唔多,呢個👍🏻👍🏻,淨係賣相都嘩一聲嘅鶴湖蟹影😂😂顏色鮮艷,好睇好食!隻蟹仔係薑,食完可以驅寒!桂花糖脆鱔炸到好脆,脆到唔知食緊魚咁,但唔覺唔覺就食哂喇!京葱爆羊肉東來順出名食羊,有一個羊架要冬天有得食,而家食住爆炒羊肉先,我唔好,但朋友鐘意食羊嘅話好惹味煙燻乳鴿焗飯鴿油滲入飯,飯質粒粒分明,煲底做到有飯焦效果,略嫌有啲淡味同唔夠飯焦黃金大餅葱油餅,外層好香,好多芝麻,煎得好脆👍🏻👍🏻有時,越簡單嘅食物越好食驢打滾甜品時候,清朝宮廷食物,因為佢好似毛驢咁碌地沙嘅形態,所以有個咁嘅名!其實係煙韌嘅糯米皮包住紅豆饀再加上黃豆粉俾你碌下碌下咁玩住食🙂有得食嘅地方唔多,留肚試下!餐廳走中高檔路線,待應服務、餐廳環境不錯,始終喺酒店入面,唔會坐到局好迫。我下次京去試打邊爐喇😙

炸到好脆,脆到唔知食緊魚咁,但唔覺唔覺就食哂喇!

京葱爆羊肉
東來順出名食羊,有一個羊架要冬天有得食,而家食住爆炒羊肉先,我唔好,但朋友鐘意食羊嘅話好惹味

煙燻乳鴿焗飯
鴿油滲入飯,飯質粒粒分明,煲底做到有飯焦效果,略嫌有啲淡味同唔夠飯焦
