今日去左係上環既西餐餐廳,叫我愛慢煮。我地叫左3碟餸,分別係明太子忌廉海鮮意粉、慢煮紅酒香草羊後膝同埋美式蜜糖芥末豬仔骨。首先明太子忌廉海鮮意粉,非常creamy, 入面有好多大蝦,魷魚同青口,意粉唔太淋,ok!之後就係慢煮紅酒香草羊後膝,佢係經過12個鐘頭慢煮,用餘溫整熱,所以d肉質保留到好嫩滑!佢仲有一個好清新既薄荷柑桔醬俾你沾!最後係美式蜜糖芥末豬仔骨,好大份!骨佔既部份其實唔多,所以好多肉食!佢本身個醬已經好好味,佢仲有另外既芥末醬俾你沾,好正!
