泰菜一直係我喜愛菜式之一。今次來到觀塘男友特別揾左間頗有名氣的Add Some Thai Restaurant 與我共聚晚餐,非常細心。食肆裝修極具泰式風情,無論佈置或餐具皆以木製;座位寬敞,中間還有個迴轉水池增加生氣。香煎手打墨魚餅   $68自家手打墨魚餅勁厚身,肉質爽口彈牙;用足功夫。香燒豬頸肉   $68豬頸肉燒得香噴噴,點上泰式甜酸醬;咬落啖啖肉兼且帶有些油脂,食到唔停口。泰式鹽燒鱸魚   $188鱸魚被粗鹽包裹著來燒,食時把鹽和魚皮打開來食;味道鮮甜而魚肉嫩滑,非常好食。酥炸軟殼蟹配金邊粉   $118軟殼蟹炸得鬆化香脆,金邊粉幼滑味道甜酸;加上青檸汁和花生豐富味雷和口感。泰西黄咖哩香煎新西蘭牛柳  $148黃咖哩其實唔喜愛食辣都可以食,它有濃郁的香料味所以特別惹味。而牛柳煎後油脂滲出,配合埋抓餅一齊食毫無油膩感;肉質好淋牛味甘香。還有薯仔、西籣花和椰菜花做配菜,用料十足。

自家手打墨魚餅勁厚身,肉質爽口彈牙;用足功夫。
