今年嘅天氣唔算好凍,新年前都只係10幾度左右,但係香港人鍾意打邊爐就冇分春夏秋冬啦。咁岩今日有朋友嚟探我,我就梗係帶佢去呢間平靚正又新鮮嘅大排檔打邊爐啦,而家香港呢種大排檔邊路,就真係買少見少啦。適逢食飯時間,都有九成滿座,大排檔好有平民嘅氣氛。首先我哋叫咗個醉雞煲,個湯底一上枱,就已經聞到香香濃濃嘅藥材味。之後新鮮嘅雞上場啦,份量好大碟,隻雞好大隻,放落個煲度滾幾滾就食得,雞肉吸收左湯底嘅精華夠晒惹味,雞肉鮮嫩,完全食唔出有雪藏嘅味道,而且皮脆肉滑,充滿花叫嘅香氣,食落口有一種久違嘅味道。脆肉鯇,夠晒新鮮,放落個湯度滾幾滾,入口爽口彈牙,呢種魚真係唔係人人識食,但本身自己就好鍾意啦,因為爽脆,又唔多骨,啱晒我呢種唔鍾意食多骨魚嘅人。紫菜響鈴,呢個響鈴真係不可不吃,因為係廚房新鮮炸起,而且中間仲夾住紫菜,入口鬆化,又可以放落個湯度吸收湯裏面嘅精華再放入口,另有一番滋味。新鮮鵝腸,夠晒大碟,放落個湯度幾秒就可以食得,入口爽脆,又唔會好多肥膏,真係就算要減肥都要食埋今次先。
