餐廳最signature 一定係red prawn hotdog! 價錢比較貴,但千祈唔好share,一口食哂咁先試得真٩(˃̶͈̀௰˂̶͈́)و紅蝦十分鮮甜爽口,將蝦頭既所有蝦膏揤落去,超正!而且hotdog夠熱,仲要係用牛油烘底!

愈簡單既野愈考功夫,tomato bread既包夠哂鬆脆,脆到有聲(˶‾᷄ ⁻̫ ‾᷅˵)蕃茄夠甜,壓至蓉,加上初榨既olive oil,絕對係不錯既開胃菜!

Steak Tartare 放至牛骨髓上,牛肉肉質較爽~骨髓熱辣辣,將所有油脂迫出,滑如牛油(⁎⁍̴̛ᴗ⁍̴̛⁎)
Ham同埋Squid既炸忌廉餅!不過不失,味道中等,但炸得較油,一咬有種成口油既感覺。但欣賞薯蓉有薯粒,有咬口!送酒應該效果更佳(苦笑)

鴨肝on toast! 味道有細膩感~鴨肝煎得外皮香脆,入口即溶!加上Caramelised Onion出面較少見!焦糖洋蔥製作需時,十分欣賞個種細緻,食落好夾!

西班牙餐廳永遠都有不同combination 既bikini, 暫時都係picapica既smoked salmon 出色!麵包好薄,好烘得夠脆夠熱!裡面既芝士仲有溶溶地既感覺~加上sourcream十分惹味!

Suckling Pig! 無牙都吃到既程度~ 用餐具輕輕分開,見到一絲絲既肉絲,入口好嫩!面皮亦好脆!加上側邊既sweet potato smash好夾,反以中和左少少膩感!

最後既paella反而有少少失望,味道「好」咸(●°u°●) 」飯質正常,海鮮爽口新鮮,只係味道上有少少失準。。。
總括,Pica Pica比La Rambla既價錢更貼地!Pica Pica性價比較高!
記住去之前book左先,以免walkin都full house( ͡° ͜ʖ ͡°)
