To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

就算大家點講譚仔用好多味精都好，佢都係我既摯愛。今次叫左木耳豬潤5小。麻辣底一向係我摯愛。食到條脷少少麻麻地咁既感覺好正！豬潤黎個陣仲有少少紅，浸多陣已經無晒。就係呢d剛剛熟既豬潤先夠爽！亦好有潤味(唔係廢話，不過唔知點形容好)木耳仲爽，咬落去有聲個種！到到譚仔d價都有少少差異，呢間好似平d?
