To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 開左個ACCOUNT咁耐,都係第一次寫食評..星期一去左同屋企人吃飯,見美心中菜做五邑菜promotion , 阿麻系新會人,所以就簡左係到食...其實美心D野不嬲都幾好食.... 我自己未食過五邑菜,估唔到有驚喜前菜有蘿蔔果d, 38 碟,不過都好貴下之後 點左鼔油鵝,鼓油味好濃,略帶甜,鵝半肥瘦,脂肪吸了甜鼓油味,正!不過吃兩件就收手,驚膽固醇超標。蒸(lim) 魚,唔太識讀個名,幾塊魚已經168!魚肉用左新會火蒜加陳皮,再加蒸魚鼓油,比起一般海斑鮮味。豆腐蒸帶子,十個好食,山水豆腐滑入口,帶子切薄片豆鼓一齊蒸,全家人都啱食,真系老少咸宜。甜品就叫左陳皮紅豆糕, 即叫即做,仲暖立立雖然埋單都唔小$$, 但值我一試~~~~

其實美心D野不嬲都幾好食.... 我自己未食過五邑菜,估唔到有驚喜

前菜有蘿蔔果d, 38 碟,不過都好貴下
之後 點左鼔油鵝,鼓油味好濃,略帶甜,鵝半肥瘦,脂肪吸了甜鼓油味,正!不過吃兩件就收手,驚膽固醇超標。
